Coronavirus: Social Distancing Service
From Monday 30th March 2020 BROWN BROTHERS® Distribution will be adapting its service to protect both colleagues and customers by following the government's social distancing guidelines. The following measures will be in place for the foreseeable future, ensuring that supply continues to our customers:
A skeleton crew that will observe all government guidelines while supporting the automotive repair industry will staff each of the 11 branches.
Phone lines will be open between 8AM and 12PM for customers to place orders, those orders placed via email will see no change in service.
Orders placed on day 1 will be ready for collection from the respective Brown Brothers branch the following day. For example, if you place and order between 8AM and 12PM on Monday, the order will be ready for you to collect at an agreed time between 8AM and 12PM the next day (Tuesday).
