Q) How do I search for...?

Products
There are many ways to search our vast range of bodyshop products to ensure you find exactly what you are looking for:

Search Tool Box
You can enter a product description, part number or description into the search box. This will return all the products relevant to your search.

Product Filters
From our main product page you can narrow down your search by using our drop down filters whether it be brand, product, category or price.

View all results at once
You can view all the products within one category at once by just clicking on the required category itself. This can be done from the main product page or the home page.

Branch Locations
You will be able to search for your nearest branch by either simply entering your postcode in the ‘find your local branch’ box at the bottom of the homepage or clicking the ‘Contact Us’ tab at the top of the homepage.

Services
A solutions tab can be found at the top of the homepage, by clicking this you will be able to see all the services we offer.

Q) How do I navigate the website?

It is easy to find what you are looking for by either simply choosing from one of the main headers at the top of the home page or by typing  what you are looking for in the search tab at the top of a page. Either way this will then show you all related items to your search.

Q) How can I contact you?

We would love to hear from you and you can contact us by using our electronic contact form or by calling us on 01449 778333 during normal office hours Monday to Friday.

Q) How can I leave a product review?

We would love to hear what you think of our products. It’s so simple, please just follow the steps below:

  1. Find the product you would like to review using 'search' or the filter ranges
  2. Click the ‘write a review’ area below the product
  3. Write your review and then click submit
Q) How do I request a Bodyline Catalogue?

Please fill in our contact form, located under the 'contact us' section or phone us on 01449 778333 and we will get one sent to you immediately.

Q) What is your stock availability?

We pride ourselves on having 100% stock availability and in the unlikely event that your item(s) is/are unavailable, we will be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss the situation & options.

Q) What is your returns policy?

Unwanted Items
If you decide that you do not want any item that we have delivered, we are happy to offer you an exchange or refund within 28 days of delivery. Any item must be returned unused in its original packaging along with the original invoice (as proof of purchase) to the Brown Brothers Distribution branch stipulated on your invoice.

Faulty Item
In the extreme case of receiving a faulty item, please contact us on 01449 778333 who will be more than happy to assist.
